Any May mamas have anything that worked great for plugged ducts while BFing? I've been massaging, warm compress, and nursing or pumping every 2 hours. How long does it usually last??

Have you tried BFing in various positions? If you only nurse in one position, your baby may not be draining all of your ducts, which can cause a plugged duct. If you move him around during nursing sessions (side-lying, football hold, cradle hold, etc.), the suction might open the duct.
Look up how to do a pressure massage for BFing. I used pressure massages and a heat pack as well as varying positions to clear my milk ducts when I was experiencing some pain.

both of my LCs stated that you are to use cold compresses, not hot. the last time i had a clogged duct, the cold did work for me (i found that perhaps they were right, b/c in previous instances, the hot compresses and hot showers didn't do much to speed it along). also, i find that if i try to pump it out, it can take multiple sessions to finally unclog it. my baby is much more efficient at releasing the clog (i am EP, so i don't BF much...but i do make an effort to BF when i am clogged!).
I EP but one of my babies will sometimes nurse a bit. I had a BAD clog recently and when extra pumping, massaging, and compresses didn't work, I pumped the breast as dry as possible, then got my baby to pretty much use it as a pacifier. After just a few minutes he was able to get the clog out! Milk shot everywhere too. I hand expressed it after that and got over an ounce out. It was such a relief.
I've had a bunch of clogged ducts and the only thing that worked for me was nursing. They can last a day or two, but hopefully yours will clear up faster.
You can also take ibuprofen to cut down on any inflammation in your breast.

Def. nurse with the baby's chin in different places and switch positions for every feeding.
Pump like crazy!
Hot shower combined with massage.
Mine took almost 2 days to completely clear up, good luck!!
