Sigh...after 3.5 blissful years of pg & bf - af back with a vengance!

Between several pregnancies & bfing, I've been so lucky to avoid AF for 3.5 years.  It's finally back, worse than ever. Anyone else's worse after pregnancy? Any new tips for dealing with cramps?  Heating pad & hot bath are my favourite, but we are in the middle of record breaking heat...

    Yep, it so much worse now! The first three cycles were insane and then it let up a bit. Now that we weaned recently it is the PMS that is crazy...well me that is crazy :-). I'm hoping this side effect subsides as well. So much fun, huh?

    Mine was pretty bad for the 1st 3 or 4 cycles as well, then finally started letting up a bit. Last month I only had 1 1/2 days that were really heavy, & it wasn't nearly as bad as it had been.
