anyone's LO have this?

for the past few days, DD's had some accidents, she's potty trained but she'll pee a little in her underwear and then pee the rest in the bathroom. So I was thinking maybe she has an infection. And today, DCP said she said her ear hurt all day long and she had a runny nose (she often does), clear snot. She also complained of her neck hurting, right behind the ear that hurts. Can an ear infection and a yeast infection be linked? any ideas? we gave her some ibuprofen and if she's still hurting, I'll take her to the pedi in the morning

    Could be just some kind of viral infection - maybe because she's in pain she's not as cued in to her potty urges? Check her neck and see if her lymph node is swollen behind the ear - if it hurts her when you press on it, she probably has an infection and if has spread to her bladder or kidney somehow, an antibiotic should take care of both. Poor LO!! Hope she feels better!

    she won't let us come close to touching her neck unfortunately. Looks like we'll be at the Dr's in the morning. Then the problem will be getting her to take meds!
