When my current detergent runs out I might get something free and clear that I can wash all our stuff in, but for right now my bed sheets get washed in my regular ALL detergent. DD hasn't had any reactions. She spends a lot of time with her face and exposed limbs against my clothes too and no rash or irritation from that either.

I hated the smell of laudry detergent when I was pregnant, so I switched to Tide free & clear and I still use it for all of our clothes. For LO I wash her stuff with Dreft.
Re: cosleeping mamas- a laundry question
I washed my sheets in a free and clear for the first few times and then I went back to my regular detergent.
I typically do that after I notice they have no issues.
