Testing out your trigger shot

For those who have tested out your hcg trigger shot, how many DPO did you start seeing a negative HPT?

I'm curious to know how long the hcg stays in my system, and I have plenty of internet cheapies, but I'd hate to waste them if the typical range is, say 7-9DPO.

My first cycle I tested 5 or 6 days later and it was gone. This cycle, I took an HPT at 10DPO (11DPtrigger) and swear there was a very faint line. The next day was a clear BFN though, so I am now thinking it could have been the trigger

Lesson learned: I won't be testing before 12DPO anymore.

Last month mine was gone at 5dpt, I just tested today at 7dpt5dpiui and it was still very positive. Guess it it sticking around longer this time.

I think it is different every time.

Mine wasn't completely gone until 10dpo, or 12 dp the trigger. HTH!

Hm..I didn't test daily for it but I wanted to say from when I did test I was at 7dpiui and I got a negative for hpt but a possitive by 12dpiui. So I am assuming by 5-7 days it was completly out of my system

I've tested a trigger out as soon as 5 dpo, but sometimes (same type of shot, same person) it has taken 10-11 days!

Yeah, this happened to me and it was really hard. Sad I'm sorry.

Mine was gone around 7 dpo last time and it made me sad to see it go negative again. I think I might not do it this time and just wait until 14dpo to test.
