LO - Mucus - sorry if TMI

I keep hearing mucus in DD's sinuses and I've become semi-obsessed with getting it out with the bulb aspirator.  Should I use some saline?  Should I just leave her be?

    The more you put the bulb syringe up into her nose, you risk causing inflammation which could make her situation worse. I say unless it seems to be bothering her, leave it be. If she is uncomfortable then maybe some saline.

    DD has been pretty stuffy and sniffles when she breathes but I only use the aspirator if I can see the booger right near her nostrils so I can get it out easily.  She HATES it but she breathes much better afterwards!
