3month old and feeding

How often and how much at at time does your 3month old formula fed baby eat? We just switched over from BM to formula and I am trying to figure LO out.

My lo eats 4-6 oz every 4-6 hours. We've found/read that baby's generally go an hour for every ounce, and he seems to stick to that pretty well. He's also got reflux, so I'm not sure if that makes a difference or not.

We just switched from BM to formula a few weeks ago also. We are still trying to figure out how much she wants at a feeding. We started at 2.5 oz (was having trouble eating due to illness / reflux etc) and inc it 1/2 oz at a time when she seeme unsatisfied at the end of a feeding.

Currently she is eating 3.5 - 4 oz around every 3 hours give or take a half an hour.

4-5oz every 3 hours during the day. He gets a big 6oz bottle right before bed and a 5oz bottle when he wakes up at about 4am.

According to my handy Similar feeding chart 3 months is the turning point from 5-6 bottles a day at 4-5oz to 4-5 bottles a day at 6-7oz, if that helps at all.

LO eats 7 oz every 4 hours (4 bottles) and has a 4 oz dream feed at 10:30pm. He totals 32 oz a day. Baby Whisperer recommends that babies eat 2-3 oz per lb. For example, a 10 lb baby would eat between 20-30 oz a day. If they eats this all during the day, STTN is more realistic.
