  thanks. It says this:  Previously frozen milk may be kept in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours after it has finished thawing.     

  But, my ? was more of: how long on countertop/in bottle? So, I assume the same rules apply and it can go 6 or so hours?

  I only let mine go an hour maybe two at the most. My LO acted sick after I left one out for 3 hours so I am much more careful now.

  Yeah, I wouldn't let previously frozen milk sit out for 6 hours on the counter. It loses some of the antibacterial properties when frozen I would do 1 or two hours at the most with previously frozen milk and only if it was in a room with a low 70's temp.
