How much pain were you in a few hours afterward? Go figure I'm not that concerned about the chance of cancer (I figure it's just a matter of time with my history of sun exposure and the fact that I have well over 100 moles), but I have a shoot this evening and I'm now thinking it was a bad idea to schedule both things the same day. I wouldn't have but my client is moving in a few days so I couldn't push that back, and the biopsy was either this afternoon or over a week from now.
Is this going to be like surface pain that I can deal easily with, or am I going to be cursing life in general later on?
Re: If you've had a mole removed/biopsied
Ok, good deal. He's already told me it will definitely require a stitch or two, so I was sitting here thinking, well crap the mole itself isn't that big, just what the eff is he planning on doing with this thing? LOL
TMI alert.
I had one removed from the "hood" of my lady bits. It hurt more when my underwear got caught then it did from being removed. I am a wuss when it comes to pain. I never took anything for pain.
OWWW! This one is on the top of my thigh (and there's another that I found on the back of my other thigh I'm going to see if he can take care of while I'm there today), and it's far enough down that I can wear shorts and not have them touch it.
I had one removed from my lower back several years ago, actually it wasn't a mole but it was similar
As I recall it wasn't terribly painful. It was mostly just surface pain, nothing that a little tylenol can't fix.

I've had 3 removed, one right above my knee, and two on my left deltoid. The two on my arm didn't bother me one bit after, but the one on my knee did. Only because I went back to work that day (I was working as a carpenter) and ended up popping the stitches.
Since these are on your thigh, I'd be careful about crouching and kneeling to get shots, but otherwise, you should be fine! Yay for advil.

This except I wasn't pregnant. They had some trouble getting the area numb, but after that I had no pain. Just a little tender.
