At 15w3d old (38w1d gestation) on Friday the 15th I took my 23w3d micro preemie home! She was 6lbs 12oz (3.05kg) and 18 inches long. We are breast and bottle feeding and doing wonderful! This is such an adjustment but I'm just so glad to have my little miracle home!!!
