What diapers are you using? (disposable)

We've used Pampers Swaddlers from the beginning and were very happy with them. Now that she's in size 3 - the chemical smell is just overwhelming. I'm not sure why we didn't notice it as much with the smaller sizes. I love the way they feel, fit, and absorb, but I just can't stand my baby smelling yucky! I bought some Seventh Generation and some Nature Babycare diapers today at BRU. Hopefully one of those works out!

I use seventh generation and I love them. I also cannot stand the smell of pampers. I always ask other moms if they can smell the chemicals and they look at me like I am crazy. The thing is though is there are not as many sales or stores that sell large boxes, so when there is a sale I have to stock up! plus coupons help as well!

We used 7th generation size 1-2 until they got too small. I always found that their sizing ran smaller (at least on my LO) than the rest of the brands, so he would outgrow a size in 7th gen before he would outgrow the same in pampers or equiv. We switched to Huggies Pure and Natural once we finished our first 2 bags of 7th Gen. Size 3.

Plus, the huggies are easier to find in stores and are less expensive than 7th gen. . only the BRU here has 7th gen. I did like them, though. We still use 7th gen. wipes, though.

we use Earths Best and they are working for us. We started out with pampers swaddlers nb-1 and then switched to 7th gen because we were having lots of poop blowouts but they seemed narrow for my LO. I always had to go under her back to get the tab to close it and then we made the switch to EB. I agree 7th gen run smaller than others.

DS has been in Earth's Best since we brought him home. We used the packs of Huggies and Pampers we were given but both smelled horrible (and had added chemicals that I'm not a fan of). If you like the comfort of a diaper though, you probably won't like Earth's Best. DS has never had a single problem but they are stiffer and not all "cottony-soft"

We're currently still using up diapers we were given as shower gifts. So Noah is in Pampers Swaddlers Sensitive during the day and Pampers Baby Dry at night.

Yeah, Pampers do stink something terrible ... I tried a pack once and nevermore ... the chemical smell was so strong that I was considering just giving them away. We ended up using them, but Stella developed a huge diaper rash with them. They sure are the worst diapers we've ever used.

We're using Pampers Swaddlers Sensitive. They have a light baby powder type of smell but no chemical smell that I've noticed.

We use Pampers Swaddlers and love them. Maybe it's just us, but we def don't notice a "chemical smell". What I don't like is the Pampers wipes. Those things smell so bad, it's awful!

I am a pampers mom but I agree the smell is strong (after LO grows up it will bring back memories). We are still in size 2 so smell is not too bad....are you using the new size three swaddler or the cruiser? My first had to up size to cruiser and I don't recall the smell being any stronger. I just tried diapers dot com brand and they are pretty good (not as good as swaddlers but not as expensive either)my SIL swears by Target by day pampers by night.

In the end, it is what you think works best. Good luck!

Luvs all the way...we've been using them with DS #1 for almost 3 years with very few issues. And you can't beat the price, at Target you can get 100 Luvs (size 1 is what we're buying right now) for less than you can get 70 pampers.

We tried Nature Babycare over the weekend and LOVE them so far. No smell and they fit great. We'll see how she does in them at daycare this week...

We are in Pampers Swaddlers Sensitive Size 2. Once you go up to size 3 though I heard they put in the dry max which is probably why you get the strong chemical smell. I want to try Baby Dry Size 3 by Pampers when I go up a size because they don't have the dry max and I'm nervous about the chemicals and rashes with the dry max.

We were using Huggies little Snugglers during the day and Huggies Snug and dry at night-- We have ran out of snugglers so we have gone to Snug and dry for now.

I use the pampers Swaddlers sensitive in size 2. They absorb great and fit my little girl well. Luvs left globs of gel on her butt. We got a pack of baby dry on vacation and they worked fine too, although they didn't keep her as dry feeling.
