I can only answer about bottles. I am replacing the nipples but not the bottle itself. But, I am wondering about the Lanolin lotion, would it even still be good 3 years later?
I washed most of the bottles... some of them were just gross though and looked old so I also bought new. I also bought new nipples, as well as breastpump tubing and parts, lanolin, etc.

just nipples, since we breastfed, we rarely used the bottle and nipples anyway since baby was so stubborn about it when I went back to work at 5 months (mostly just starved it out for 8 hours til I got home...I work nights, funny that he would just roll over and go to sleep if it was daddy, but if mommy was home with boobies then no never worked!)

I replaced all silicone parts as it has been 3 years with LOTS of use and especially with my breast pump not replacing it can impact it functioning well (valves, etc.) For me using Born Free bottles that meant nipples and vents (still cheaper than all new bottles) I got all my breast pump parts replaced for literally under $20 so it was worth it. Also, my Lanolin has an expiration date on it...it is ironically a few months from now so I will use it until then.
We're replacing nipples, pump tubing, valves, and membranes. I'll reuse the bottles, because he really didn't use them very often at all. Definitely buying new Lansinoh lanolin.
Oh, and FYI if you have a Medela pump -- if you call customer service, they'll send you a one time FREE replacement set of tubing/valves/membranes!
Your pump is still good (the one my sister gave me from her first--January of 2006--still works fine), you might want to get new shields depending on how the old ones have been kept for all this time. We're not replacing bottles, but our LOs will be less far apart than yours, so I guess that's up to you, again considering where and how they've been kept since your older child used them. I am definitely getting new lanolin this time, if for no other reason than I survived mostly on those freebie packets (approximately the size of the individually wrapped Wet Ones) that that system drove me crazy. So this time around, I'll get myself a proper tube or two to sustain me and keep my sanity. As a pp said, your old lanolin might not even be good at this point anyway. So go ahead, treat yourself, and buy new
