    I'm starting my 2nd PP AF today. But yep, the first one was rough. Worse than my post delivery bleeding. HUGE clots, super heavy, and lots of cramping.

    Those of you who have already gotten your period...are you breastfeeding or pumping? I can't remember when mine came back the first time around but I was thinking it was after I stopped pumping.

    Mine started last Friday and it was super heavy! A lot heavier than before I got pregnant.  I was Glad to see this post because I was wondering if others had really heavy first PP periods too.

    I haven't gotten mine yet. But I'm getting Mirena on Monday, so I'm sure I'll be crampy then.
