We were back at the pedi yesterday and I am now 100% diary and soy free diet. I am struggling with this a bit. Where can I eat when we are out? I am looking around and it seems like everyone has dairy or soy in their food. Anyone with experience if you can help I would appreciate it!! I am really feeling like this is going to be impossible.

Re: Website with good restuarants for food allergies
Outback's menu is pretty helpful
https://outback.com/menu/nutritioninfo.aspx#allergies
as is Applebee's https://www.applebees.com/downloads/allergen_info.html
I also found this on Chili's website https://www.chilis.com/EN/Allergy%20Information/Chilis%20Allergen_Generic.pdf
It seems like most of the major chains now have allergen menus on their website. Super helpful! I think I am going to download and save them on the computer so I know what to order DD before we leave the house. It will help cut out on the guessing games and asking the waiter 50 million questions. I hate being that person at the restaurant.
