Starting PTing...underwear or naked?

Tomorrow I am spending the whole day at home with C to see what happens with PTing. I've read conflicting things suggesting putting them in underwear only on the bottom or having them run around naked from the waist down.

Which did you do?

The first 2 days we did naked then when she got the hang of it we put panties on and she has had a few accidents but not many
