You were asking about stretches - cat/cow and child's pose in yoga always helped my lower back when I was pg. I also tried to do a lot of plank poses to strengthen my abs/back when I couldn't do sit ups.

Thanks! I really should work more on strengthening my core and I'm sure that would help immensely. We did planks in yoga the other night and my plank didn't hold very long, I'll tell ya that much. And I thought they were hard before - trying to hold up a belly in that plank was hilarious!
