  We stayed in Rosemary which isn't too far away.  There are lots of little spraygrounds around.  There are also boat tours which our boys both loved. 

  We took them on a tour to Shell Island last year and they both loved it.

  There is a shopping mall area next to Bass Pro Shops that has cute shops, an outdoor play area and a sprayground thing. There is a Build a Bear in there too.

  This is Destin Commons. They have a train that drives around the shops as well certain times of the year, I am sure they do it in the summer. There are some restaurants there as well. You could also do the Gulfarium, and there is a nice playground off 98 by the baseball fields. Obviously the beach is good too. You could go down to Baytown Wharf (past Sandestin) and walk around, there are lots of kid friendly restaurants there. We have a house in Destin and generally spend most of our time in the pool/beach/spraygrounds. We are going in a few weeks and may do a Dolphin cruise.

  Baytowne Warf in Sandestin has tons of fun stuff for children.  They have little boats to race, lots of toy and candy stores and even some adventure activities. 

  My family has a second home in Destin and we can't wait to take our little one!
