Questions..LO's dad lost job...share your thoughts!

I just found out LO's father lost his job yesterday.  We have not gone to court for custody or CS or anything yet.  He wants to care for LO while I work.  and would like to still have LO every Sunday.  I am going to reply that he can have LO while I work, however inform an EO Sunday (1st and 3rd)  I will also let him know that this will take effect 8/1 as I have a provider and need to give 2 weeks notice, unless he wants to pay her the $30/day for the next two weeks. 

Does that sound reasonable to you?

How do you think this will effect custody-physical?  What about CS? 

Any thoughts?  Any experience the same/similar?

    I don't think this is a good idea.

     

    Is he not going to look for work?   How will he pay his bills without a job?   

    What will happen then?  

     

    Then you will have to find a new daycare, and more of a transition for LO.

    After talking it out with my mom, I e-mailed him that wednesday, thursday and Friday he could have LO and every other Sunday. That way he could have Monday and Tuesday to look for work and LO would stay connected with the SAHM that cares for him. Was he mad!  Now I am a Cu** and a Bit** and Evil, etc... (at least that's what he posted on FB)  But that is something else I have posted here.
