LO seems to like it when I sing to him, but I don't have many age appropriate songs in my repertoire. I mostly just sing along with whatever is playing on pandora at the time, and sometimes the lyrics of what I'm singing make my cringe..
What songs do you like to sing to LO?
Re: What songs do you sing to LO?
ABC song
Froggy Song (I forget the actual name)
You Are My Sunshine
Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes
Pat-a-Cake (not really a song but whatever)
Twinkle-Twinkle Little Star
I'm a Little Teapot
Wheels on the Bus
I also just make up songs with words about whatever we're doing (changing diapers, feeding bottles, ect.)... I'm sure if there were people around, they'd think I was nuts.
Find a camp counselor and have them teach you everything they know. All the songs we sing are camp songs. I also sing her songs from musicals, Disney movies, and our night time song is The Rose.
Yes, I have a blog and it's hilarious (except when it's not)

I sing some kid's songs (ABCs, Head Shoulders Knees and Toes, You Are My Sunshine, etc), some songs I like or sang in choir/voice (I like the lullaby All Through The Night).
I often end up changing the words to add her name in somewhere or just make up silly nonsense songs, like PPs.
I started singing to her (just now) "I'd Do Anything" from Oliver. I saw it on a commercial today and found a version with a woman and some children (not the Oliver version) and I rocked her back and forth while it played.
I sing whatever is on the radio while we are feeding too.
