My LO hair is so dry.  Can anyone recommend something?

    Try Jojoba Oil. pronounces "ho-ho-ba"

It is good for hair and skin.  good for infant massage.  Recommended by my nurse at the hospital and the person who cuts my hair.  You can rub directly on infant, or put in bath.  Most like our natural oils.  Not synthetic like "baby oil"  Jojoba oil is good and does not leave you feeling oily.

Google it, you will find a lot of information.

You can find it at local health/herbal stores.

My home visitor suggested putting olive oil on a q-tip and applying it that way so I didn't just glop it on. She also suggested olive oil for use when doing baby massage- there's nothing harsh in it to irritate baby's skin, and what's absorbed is really good for her skin. I've used it a few times as massage oil but not on her head yet. I'll do it next time she's out of the shower.
