I just made a previous post, but I forgot to mention that I really want to stay with a ssc if possible. Are these even available anymore? is this the best choice for a large baby and large man? could I not share with my h if I am short?
They do still make them- I just bought one in a recent stocking.
How large of a baby? My daughter is almost 30lb, and 33inches, and is pretty small still in the toddler size. The standard size is meant to hold through toddlerhood.
As far as sizing between you and your husband- you might find that you will need shorters straps- KP has a petite sized strap. But, the problem with that is it might not fit your DH properly.
Re: kinderpack = can you use this as a front carry with a toddler?
Yes, you can front carry with a KP.
