I'm losing my mind!!

Got a flat tire yesterday so today I was driving all over town (on a doughnut) to get it fixed/replaced. Came home and my front door was WIDE OPEN!! I was gone for 2 and a half hours!!! I didn't close the friggin' door!! Luckily, nothing happened. They probably saw how messy my house was and figured there was nothing of value. I need a vacation.

Good news is...DH's cousin called yesterday and wants to pay for us to go to Cancun with them in 3 weeks. All-inclusive! So...yay! Hopefully, I'll make it until then.

    Sorry today is a bad day but it looks like you are still on the good side...gah, i wanna go so bad to an all inclusive vacay to Mexico.

    What a light at the end of the tunnel!! That sucks about your flat tire and having a hard time getting it fixed today though. I'm glad you live in a safe area too, that could have been scary if something had happened with your door open.

    If every bad day, hell even a bad week, included a paid Cancun trip I wouldn't mind it so much. :)

    What a nice way to end a couple hectic days. So glad your house was ok. I have so done that before and kicked myself for it when I got home. 

     

    Just think of the beach, just think of the beach. lol

    I have done that before with our front door.  It always makes me nervous when I first go in the house.  I hate it!

    At least you have a light at the end of the tunnel though - sounds like a really fun vacation!!

    Anyhow, you've had it rough.  I hope you can hang in there.  

    Also, my biggest fear with my door open is losing my cats.  (You know -the ones you all think I don't really have.)
