I went through the same thing when Blake came home. Turned out to be nothing but other bumpies suggested wearing a mask and lots and lots of hand washing.

Are the masks available in a store pharmacy or online someplace? I'm assuming just a basic surgical mask.
You can get the masks at any pharmacy. We got some at CVS when my inlaws were sick and visitng while C was still in the NICU. The obviously didn't come to the hospital.
I actually have my first cold (DH and DS have colds too). There's no way I can avoid her, or make a 3 year old wear a mask, so I just make sure I wash my hands a lot, and keep DS away from her (not easy).
I also give her freshly pumped breastmilk at each feeding to ensure she gets the antibodies from it. Normally I keep a couple days' worth of fresh milk in the fridge and give her the oldest to keep the supply rotating,
