NBR: dessert ideas for pot luck?

We were invited to this picnic pot luck and assigned a dessert - any recommendations?

I usually bring cookies or some kind of bundt/ pound cake (with a glaze, not frosting) cut into slices. I just did a vanilla bundt cake for 4th of July that was served with strawberries and it was a big hit.

Brownies or bar cookies are easy. Here's a really really decadent one I pinned... I would LOVE to eat a piece of this and not have it all in my house.
