Looking for mommy groups in the providence/pawtucket area

I just moved to the providence/ Pawtucket area. I have a  a son who is almost 10 months old, and he is getting to be very active. I am looking for play groups or mommy groups around the area.

    I'm looking for this as well.  

    On meetup.com I joined the East Providence mom's group, you may want to check that out?  I'm on the east side of Providence and that was the closest thing I could find.  I haven't met up with them yet (meeting up next week), so hopefully it's magically a good fit :)

    RI New Moms Connections offers groups. They are on facebook and may be worth a look. I've only been part of the mommy to be group so far but it's been great.
