After reading the 20 week poll (which I'll fill out after my dr's apptment today), I'm a little nervous b/c it seems everyone can feel the little kicks and I don't think I've felt anything! Now I'm a little nervous. ughh

Re: Anybody 17+ weeks and not feel the baby?
I'll be 17 weeks tomorrow and I haven't felt anything yet. I don't care if I get flamed for saying this- but i'm skeptical of half the posters who say they are feeling movement, especially those that are earlier than 17(ish) weeks. It is pretty rare to feel baby movement that early on, especially if it is your first child. Half of the posters are just feeling gas bubbles or stretching/cramping.
Don't be concerned. Many people don't start feeling movement until around 20 weeks or so, especially if you have an anterior placenta. I think your body type also affects when you feel movement.
I'm eager/antsy too... but I just keep reminding myself that I could start feeling flutters any day now!
9/2010: First visit to RE = CD3 b/w (normal); CD7 ultrasound (normal); DH's SA (normal but morph wasn't analyzed, so doc ordered a 2nd SA); Prog. supplements starting 3dpo for all future cycles
10/2010: SHG to check tubes (normal!) & DH's 2nd SA (normal)
2/2011: Start first Clomid + Ovidrel + IUI cycle = BFN
3/2011: IUI # 2 (Clomid + 50iu Follistim + Estradiol + IUI) = BFP!!!
Beta #1 (14 dpo)= 161
Beta #2 (17 dpo)= 518

Nothing here
I thought I might have felt something the other day but I can't be positive and it hasn't happened anymore.
I have felt movement but nothing consistant yet. Some days I'll feel something a few times throughout the day and other days it seems I don't feel anything at all. I thought with this being my third I would have felt consistant movement a lot sooner but nope. Thank goodness for my doppler. My daughter was never a big mover.. there would be days when I actually had to sit down and push on my belly to get her to move. I think this baby may be the same way.
Did you have you a/s scan yet? I ask because if your placenta is in the front you might not feel it. It's different for everyone, I read you can expect it from 18-22 weeks. Hang in there, I know it's hard!!!!
I'm probably one of the further along posters that hasn't felt any movement.
(I saw two 19+ weekers respond, but neither said they haven't felt anything...)
I have an anterior placenta (a pillow, so to speak, cushioning Baby's movement) and I started off overweight (fat = another type of pillow). My doctor said I may not feel anything for a while and not to be concerned.
My own mother is my biggest annoyance so far. Even with her knowing both of the things mentioned above, she still asks constantly if I've felt "life".
I guess the way it comes across to me, movement = life, and thus, no movement = dead!!
Umm... No. My baby is not dead. EVERY ultrasound I've had, Baby is dancing around - acting very much not dead.
Ugh!
Hang in there. You are definitely not alone.
I will be 20 weeks saturday.... and I think I felt something once and haven't felt anything since... I do get a little sad when I hear everyone on here saying they feel the baby move because I want to feel something more often!
If you read my post, you'd notice that I acknowledged that mamas feel baby earlier when it isn't baby #1.

Thank goodness I am not the only one!!
I thought I had felt something a few weeks ago, but I don't know. It is making my very nervous. I can't wait for my ultrasound on Monday, just so I know everything is okay.
I've felt flutters since the beginning of 2nd tri with this pregnancy, but nothing I can definitely point to as LO. I can't rule out that it's just gas.
FWIW, with my daughter, I didn't feel her for sure until 22 weeks. I understand you're nervous, but try not to worry.

I'm almost 17w and last night I definitely felt something, but it might have been a muscle twitching--I'm not really sure. I couldn't feel anything from the outside, but there was something going on in there.
I have to say I agree. I wouldn't say that about any individual person, because who knows for sure what anyone else is feeling, but I'm dubious that everyone who was claiming to feel movement at 14 weeks or whatever really was.
With DD I first felt movement around 19 weeks. With this one, it was around 16-17 weeks (I might have felt something earlier, but despite going through this before, I wasn't sure), and I've actually been surprised how quickly the movement got strong enough that even DH can feel it sometimes.

ditto this. When I went to my OB appt at 17 weeks, she asked if I was feeling movement, I said no, and she then told me she would have been surprised if I said yes. Not saying that no one feels movement early, I just think we've seen a LOT of people saying they are when it's really not common.

I'm about 17 weeks and can't be sure I've felt anything either. I have flutters every so often...but I wonder if that's just my stomach girgling.
My doctor said most movement doesn't occur until 20-25 weeks. I thought this was a little late...but that's what she said. She said I'll know when it happens. There's always a healthy heartbeat so I'm not worried. I bet it'll happen when we least expect it. I usually fall asleep at night with my hand on my stomach trying really hard to feel anything!
I'm 17 weeks and haven't felt anything definitive. I think I felt some kind of movement down there that wasn't me (ie - it wasn't my digestive track and it wasn't the same sensation as the growing/stretching aches) and that might have been baby but I'm not sure. If it was something, I think maybe the little one was just changing positions - didn't feel like a kick.
But for first time mommies, I think this is normal. I'm sure we'll both feel something in the next few weeks. Baby is indeed moving - we just aren't feeling it yet!
