Preemie vision

When do preemies start noticing you, or tracking? I have a 29 weeker who is now 7 1/2 weeks old.

    It's hard to say when Kevin started noticing me since he didn't smile until May (about 2 months adjusted).  He started tracking me across the room around 2 1/2 months adjusted.  I'm sure he noticed us sooner - probably when he was around his due date.

    They were tracking by their due date (they were born at 32 weeks). At about 3 months actual they recognized my voice enough to act excited to see me when I got in front of them. Just now at 5 months actual they will turn towards my voice and smile at me from across the room.
