I had my RE appt Friday

and I really liked her. She seems very proactive without being pushy and really easy to talk to. She took blood work and did an internal ultrasound-which she said wasn't perfect - my lining is thicker than she'd expect and on cycle day 5 I already had a 16mm follie, which apparently is not good, but I don't remember why-she said the blood work would tell her more.
Thursday I'm having an HSG (on my 30th birthday-whoo hoo, happy birthday to me-i get to have some dye squirted up my hoo ha) and we will take it from there.
She seems to think that an IUI might be our best bet(and I'm already freaking about the cost) but we won't know anything definite until all the tests come back. I'm trying to think positively but I am such a pessimistic person by nature that its hard!

Boo for the HSG on your b-day, but at least that's progress.
I've never heard of a lining being too thick. I'm curious about what the rest of your tests will tell.
