Ok so after posting on here and doing a little research I decided on a complete dairy elimination from my diet. I started on Saturday night. No milk, whey, caessin, etc.
Here is my question. My DS was having a BM at every feeding. For the last 24 hours he has only had one BM. He doesn't seem to be uncomfortable. He had some bad gas last night but passed it with very little problem. Should I be concerned? Is it a good sign? Would I even see results this fast? I was under the impression it would take weeks to see a difference.
Re: Milk allergy mom's a ?
This exactly. I thought it was normal for a baby to poop 10 times a day. Once dairy and soy were out, his pooping dropped to once or twice a day. The consistency was drastically improved as well. No more watery, mucus-y stools.
Sorry to laugh, but this made me LOL. I remember telling people, "She is SO healthy! She poops all of the time." Man, was I an idiot!
