Does the Swaddlebees "no complaints" email mean I can't complain?

I know the email from Swaddlebees was making a big fuss about how they didn't want any complaining, but does that mean they won't accept any complaints?  Because I got my cover in the mail today and it is the wrong print.  My receipt included in the package says messy hands, but the one I received is blue dots on chocolate.  Can I exchange it?

  • I LOVE the Blueberry seconds I have gotten in the past (they are my go-to nap diaper). That e-mail ticked.me.off! I didn't even order anything this time (and are they not going to do inserts permanently? Boo!).

    I would definitely complain!

  • I sent a complaint about the inserts that I ordered to go with my Blueberry seconds. They offered me a refund, but I was not pleased with their customer service. I am sure they won't have the print that you wanted but they may offer you a refund. It's worth a try.

    ETA: Or is this the one that was sent on the 6th announcing they restocked? I thought that one was funny.
