Grabbing and pulling at her EYES. She's been doing it for about a week and we've had to use the mittens again. I got home from work today and her right eye is all red. It almost looks like she has pink eye. Its incredibly frustrating. Especially since she's gaining such great control over grasping at her toys and stuff. Hopefully she'll grow out of this soon.
Xander does this too, and I was keeping mittens on him because of it. I finally just took them off and he did a lot the first couple days without them but has seemed to grow out of it. I don't remember where, but I did read somewhere that it is a really early sign of hunger . Xander always did it right before I fed him or right when he wakes up so take that with a grain of salt, but point of the story.. he did seem to grow out of it somewhat but pedi told me until he really understands his hands it'll happen from time to time.
You would think at three months she wouldn't need mittens but I guess not. I'll have to keep the hunger thing in mind. Thinking back it is mostly when she's fussy from being hungry.
Re: Her latest obsession
