Overwhelming fabric choices

I bought a mei tai custom slot and am supposed to send fabric. I am so overwhelmed. I know I want to have an appliqu? and I like the echino fabrics. Has anyone seen the echino grassy, woodland, or birdsong in a carrier? Favorite carrier pictures for inspiration? I want it to be light and summery, I think grey would be a good solid color for the reverse side (I have a brown beco so I don't want to go there). Dh will tease me if it is too girly. I looked at hawthorne threads and Super buzzy and I think could easily spend a month looking at fabrics, yikes! Or a black and white damask with purple reverse and straps?

    Echino is so goregous. I am torn btw birdsong and woodland. I can't decide!!
