AW: I passed!

Well I guess the three pieces of pie I ate about 24 hours before my glucose test weren't enough to skew the results, because I found out today that I passed! My thyroid reading also came back normal. It had been in the hyperactive range during my first blood work appointment and I never even knew it, so I'm glad it's not an issue.

Seriously, who eats three pieces of apple pie the day before her glucose test? Embarrassed I think it's the spaciest moment I've had in awhile.

That's awesome you passed, even with the pie! My doctor's office told me that they had a lady eat a dozen doughnuts the day before her test, which then showed up as GD. She finally confessed to eating all the doughnuts, they redid the test and she did not have GD. So no worries - you are not the only one with pregnancy cravings!

Bahaha! OMG, a dozen doughnuts is pretty bad. That's so interesting that it messed with her test. I mean, I would expect it to, but I would also expect three pieces of pie to do the same.

I want a doughnut now.
