Help! My temp and night chills

Yesterday i felt a little achey and not right. In the middle of the night i got chills so bad! I couldn't warm myself up with sweatshirts or blankets. Are chills normal?? It lasted about an hour. Then after i feed him at 4 i was super hot so i took my temp and it was and still is 101.3. Baby doesnt have a temp and is acting fine. Could it be a clogged duct? My right breast is a little sore in one spot. Im going to call my obgyn but i just wanted to hear if anyone has had this.

That was exactly what happened to me when I had mastitis...call the Dr!!!!

When I had mastitis, I had the EXACT same symptoms you described, plus firmness in one spot on one breast.

When I had just a clogged duct, I had a temperature that didn't go above 99.3 and never got chills.

Mastitis! Call the ob before it gets worse. My ob just called in a script i never even had to go in.

yes, you could have mastitis or a clogged duct. Take some tylenol until you can see the OB.
I had a clogged duct and used moist heat (rice sock/bed buddy) and massage. It helped.
