waking up screaming?

DS usually wakes up at 3:30 to feed, 6:30 to feed, and then sleeps until 7:30 or so.  When he gets up at 7:30, he is usually inconsolably crying.  It's awful! I usually have to nurse him and then he's all smiles.  I don't know if he's just not a morning person? haha Anyone else have this experience?

    Ds is like that somtimes I think they might be hungrey/ still tired from waking up. The other half of the time he is super happy when he wakes up.

    Landon does this in public now. When he's napping and we are out, he just wakes up screaming.

    Lucas does this when he wakes up the second time during the night (yes, he STILL wakes up at least twice a night) but is SUPER happy when he gets up to start the day between 6-7am. I think it is gas because the past few nights, he has done it when it wasn't "time" for him to eat and I burped him and once he burped, he immediately went back to sleep...he screamed at me like crazy until I got the burp out. The other night I was SO tired and quite out of it and he woke up around 2 doing it, so I just assumed it was time to eat and just about when he was finished I realized it had only been 2 hours since he ate therefore that was probably not the problem, not that he would ever refuse food ;)
