So, if I have to wait until cd60 to start Provera, and then that is 10 days, plus 5 more possible days until AF starts, which lasts about 5 days, and then about 10 more days (give/take) until O... that means a potential 47 more days until I could conceive.

FWIW, It looks like you already ovulated so you may not need to take the provera. AF could come on it's own before you hit CD60.
Number crunching is exhausting isn't it. I'm sorry your having such a long cycle.
