Provera 10 day. What day did you start AF?

We wanted to wait until our camping trip in a week to start Provera. But, I just couldn't do it, I don't want to lose 2 more weeks so I'm just hoping that I start sometime in the next week.

I know that other's experiences won't determine mine, but I'm just curious when the Provera kicked in for you?  And was it a terrible AF or just normal?

    I got mine 3 days after I stopped taking it. I took it for 5 days and started my period 3 days after that.

    AF was heavier than usual, but I typically have a very light period. So for most people, it's probably a regular flow.

    I found that my next regular period after Provera was pretty bad.

    I don't know your story, but I'm just curious how long you went without AF to start Provera? And was there a reason/diagnosis why it hadn't come?

    I actually just started yesterday...it took 2 days after I finished the 10 day (2nd round)

    the first time I took it I was already in the triple digits of no AF so I started in the middle of Provera

    remember it can take up to 2 weeks after

    I got my period 4 days after the last pill. I had cramps, but nothing an advil couldn't take care of. Good luck; I hope it doesn't affect your camping experience too much!

    I messed up my Nuvaring by taking it out 5 days late, hence skipping over my period. I was told to not put in a new one until a BFP or AF. However we just decided to TTC. Since that last AF was skipped over, I haven't had one since early May which makes for somehwhere 70+ days.

    After 60 days my Dr. felt it was time to kickstart it all.

    I have been on provera (10 day) numerous times throughout my TTC journey and I would always get AF on the 10th day (the day of the last pill) or the 11th day but for some reason the last month or two (including this month) I started to spot on the 9th day and AF arrived full force (CD 1) on the 10th day. AF wasn't bad either, pretty moderate. GL.
