Sorry, very TMI.....Poop

So because Im am letting other people freak me out, I figured I would see what yall thought.  Today my friend and I were have a play date for our LO's and I ran out for a sec while she watched the kids.  During  this time my DS left her a "present" in his diaper, so naturally she changed him for me.  When I returned she was like, "Does he poop like that all the time?"  She said it was green and soupy.  I told her Yes that is how all his poops are.  She freaked out and said I needed to take him to the Pedi right away.  Ok, so now I am freaking out thinking that something is wrong with is tummy. 

He is bottle/formula fed.  We use Enfamil Gentlease, which he seems to have been doing great on.  He does spit up alot and strains when he "goes."  Is so just freaking me out for nothing or do you really think something is up with is tummy?
