Yes, they love to hug and kiss all over him. I try to enforce a rule 'no playing while eating' - it goes for all of them. It doesn't always work but I'm hoping eventually they'll get bored of it.
No, she has never tried to "get in", but she has definitely had moments where she really wanted my attention and was mad that I was feeding DS (and "ignoring" her).
I stopped nursing my DD when she was 6 months old, so by the time DS was born at 16 months she had no recollection of nursing. She was perfectly content with her sippy .

No more TTC for us. We are done, and at peace, as a family of 4.

In the beginning my son would try to sit on the couch with us and lay in my lap while I was nursing DD. Obviously that didn't work very well. I would encourage him to sit next to us so that he could touch me, but not on top of us. It mostly worked.
Now that he's older and plays better independently it's not really a problem.
