AW: We're buying a house!!!

I posted about a month ago about putting an offer on a house that did not get accepted...we found another one a little over a week ago and after several days of haggling with the sellers, we signed a deal today:)  I'm so excited that my girls will each have their own room AND a backyard AND a basement to run around with their friends (so hard to do that in a condo...) :):):)

    Dear amh,

    Girlfriend, I FEEL you. We were in a two bedroom apartment for six months when we moved here. I wanted to die every time either girl cried, screamed or thumped across the apartment. I felt so badly for the downstairs neighbor. It is so refreshing to not try to contain the toddler as she acts like, well, a toddler. 

    CONGRATS. I'm excited for you!

    Congrats!!!

    I'm so excited to be doing this someday. We just signed a 2-year lease for a new bigger place. I think at the end of that we will be ready!
