  I'd say almost 4 months or 4 months next week. (I currently say 4 months on Friday, as he was born on 3/15)
  

   

  Baby is not 4m until the date of the month.  4 weeks does not equal 1 month, unless it's feb!
  

  Baby Boy Born 3.15.11. 8lb 9oz, 21.75in. 6 month stats: 20lb 11oz (92%tile), 30.12in.(100%tile - who knew it went over 99th? Which means 100% of other 6 month olds are shorter than mine!)

  I go by the date as well. DS is 3 1/2 months. He'll be 4 months April 3rd.

  Yep I go by the date, as well. We also have a 3/19 baby, so I've been saying she's 3 1/2 or almost 4 months. I keep track of the weeks myself, but I don't really say "she's 16 weeks" anymore, unless I'm talking to another mom with a baby and we're comparing growth or something.

  I say almost 4 months, occasionally 16 weeks (born on 3/17).

  4 weeks = a month and he has been out of my belly for 16 weeks so that is technically 4 months- I go by that- because he isn't 3 months or 3 and a half months.... I know what you mean though- you don't want to sound crazy... once I lose track a little Ill go by the date- 3/22. Thats not for 9 more days- Hes already 4 months
