can you run with the bob revolution with the car seat adapter and car seat attached? My LO is 6 weeks and I want to start running again but the only way is if I take him with me so I was wondering if you can run with the car seat attached or no?
It is recommended that you don't run or jog with your LO until they are at least 6 months old because of head control and muscle development. If you google it you will find lots of articles that clearly state this. So, no I would say it is not ok to run with your infant seat attached.
It's not recommended because it's too top heavy when the carseat is attached- it can tip over much easier if you hit a bump, including the small bump up from the street to the sidewalk.

The center of gravity really isn't much different with the car seat insert compared to just having your LO sit in the stroller. The carseat actually sits on the seat. It may be *slightly* more tippy, but I never noticed it to be.
And yes, I started running with both kids (using the carseat adapter) around 6 weeks pp. We just stayed on smooth trails to avoid too much jostling. And really when in the car seat and on smooth terrain it isn't that much different than riding in a car (in terms of getting bumped around).
Re: question about BOB revolution
This.

I ran with DD at 4 weeks with the car seat adaptor (BOB Ironman).
