How to up ounces?

LO eats so often like 1-3 ounces every hour or 2, how do i up the ounces and make feedings less frequent i've noticed other people saying their LO's eat 4-6 every 3 hours or so. Just wondering how this happens or is it still on her terms! :( TIA

    i am no expert but sounds like you have a snacker....i would say let her fuss longer between feedings and gradually stretch the time out until she is hungry enoug to eat her whole meal

    We usually increase .5 oz at each feeding. However, I will say that we have done this often with the same goal of getting her to go longer between feedings, and she still rarely goes more than 2.5-3 hours.

    My LO eats 6-7 ounces every 2-3 hrs.

    I have one that does 5-6 oz every 3-4 hours and one that does 3-4 oz every 3-4 hours.

    I have a snacker too.  She will sometimes only take 2oz/feeding.  We switched formula to Similac Sensitive and she will consistently take 3.5oz, but sometimes up to 5.5oz.  I also let her fuss a bit when she's in snack-mode so she'll eat more when I feed her.
