string cheeses, lots of fruit and veggies. stuff that i dont like cutting up myself like pineapple or watermelon i'll splurge on precut so its in the fridge ready to go. i eat lots sandwiches on whole grain bread, switching up the toppings. turkey with spinach leaves, cucumbers, tomatoes, avocado, again all ready in containers in the fridge so i can grab and go. i found some really good fiber one brownies that are only 90 calories and don't taste like a wicker laundry basket that i'll grab if i'm having a chocolate craving.
I eat lunch when I get home from work and its usually a sandwich of some kind on Whole Wheat bread, lite mayo and whatever costco meat we have in the house. or if i want to splurge I have a small plate of nachos with either black beans or chicken on top. Snacks are baby carrots, fruit, string cheese, and nuts.

Avoid the packaged meals as much as possible. They are loaded with sodium and preservatives.
Ditto the others on cheeses, fruits, and veggies. I will cook some extra chicken breasts or some turkey. I like to make a sandwich with the roasted turkey, half a smashed avocado, and a little salsa on whole wheat (I used to use deli turkey, but roasted tastes better and fewer nitrates).
Re: Healthy Quick Lunches and Snacks ????
I eat Healthy Choice meals for lunch at work. The cafe ones, the spa cuisine, or the all natural ones. They're actually pretty good!
For snacks, I do string cheese, Luna bars, fresh or canned fruit with cottage cheese, packets of oatmeal, or yoplaits.

Can you please make my lunches for me? YUM!
