The post below has inspired me to want to start a "Then and Now" post! I know I always love seeing how far everyone has come, so I'll start off : ) Ds was born at 34 weeks 5 days at 3lb 3oz and 15.25in and is now over 6 months old (5 months adjusted) and weighs over 13lbs and 24.5in.

Great idea! I love seeing all the preemie progress! Born at 26 wks, 5 days. Then 2lbs, 7oz, now 14 lbs, 13 oz.
About a week into our stay...born at 33w6d at 3lb 12oz.
About a month ago, 21 months and just about 20lbs!
Oh, fun! DS was born at 30 + 6 and weighed 3 lbs 11 oz and was 17.5 in. Here he is on his 4th day of life:
Here he is just yesterday! He's now 3.5 months, 9 lbs 13 oz, and 22 in (measured Fri.).

I don't have digital pics of my son's before photos from the NICU. He was born at 37w3d weeks and I was told he "wasn't meant to live." He's 10 now.
My oldest daughter was born at 36w2d and super fiesty. She was technically a preemie but didn't have to go to the NICU.
My youngest daughter, as many of you know, was born at 33w6d and spent 12 days in the NICU. Here is her pic, less than a day old of her beginning journey in the NICU.

Ugh. I am no good at the whole pics thing but. LO was born @ 34 weeks weighing 4lbs 7 oz, 19 inches. As of last week he is 11 lbs 8 oz and 22+ inches at 11 weeks old. What can I say, he likes to eat!
My Little 30 weeker at 1 day old. 2lb 5oz
Now at 2 years old. About 24 lbs and a happy healthy girl!
How much did Isla weigh when she was born? She looks HUGE compared to my Ellie, and they were born at the same GA!

Cora on the day she was born at 27 weeks, 6 days. She was 2 lbs, 10 oz, 14 inches
Cora this week, 9 lbs, 11 oz, 21 inches. One of her first smiles!
Our precious girl, born at 27 weeks.
Zane at a few hours old - born 35wk5d and 7lb 2oz and 20in long.
Last weekend - 9 months and 26lb 8oz and almost 30in long.
I forgot the stats! I love everyone's pictures too!
Twins were born at 32w5d.
Gordon is first, he weighed 4lbs 6 oz.
Madison is second, she weighed 4lbs 10oz.
Both babies are happy, thriving and weigh around 13 pounds!

At 5 months old for his baptism -
As of today, he weighs 12 lbs 9 oz and is 24.5 inches long.
Tyler born at 28w4d at 2.2 lbs and 14.5in
Tyler today at 5 months old (9 weeks, 2 day adjusted) around 10.4lbs.

Aww! Isla was our tiniest. She was born weighing 5lbs 3oz. Emma was born at 36w2d weighing 5lbs 15oz.
Isla is 14lbs now and Emma is 29 lbs now.
Then: 1 week old and 3 lb
Now: 14 months old, probably around 21-22 pounds and doing great. Not walking yet, but any day now.
