Sorry for the late post. I had jury duty all afternoon then it took me 2 hours to get home with traffic. Finally sat down to dinner and took the dog on a 2 mile jog with DH.
~~Exercise of the Week~~
DANCING! Whether it's a class or just having fun in the living room, dancing is a great way to burn some calories, and it's something fun and different that everyone can do! Just don't do any jumps or fast twirls so you don't get dizzy and fall down! So crank up the music and get moving! Don't worry if you can't dance, if you are in your own living room, no one will see you anyway! It's a great way to break up a regular routine at the gym and you can work up quite a sweat while having fun.

Day two of nothing for me. DH didn't get out the treadmill and we were going to do a 9:00 outside walk but we got a terrible storm. The heat index for tomorrow is 115 degrees, so I doubt we'll go tomorrow either.
ETA: Are you going to be excused from jury duty?

I have nothing to report today. I have been having really bad nausea today, and a nagging cough caused by reflux. Hoping to go to open water swim tomorrow!
Tonight was solo bench press night (enjoying what time I have left).. I can still do 185lbs. solo - but the thing is, it feels like it's getting heavier than it should be which absolutely sucks!
