New to The Bump

Newbie

Hello!

My name Is Christy and my husband is Simon.  I am 26 and my husband is about to be 27.  We will be married for 6 years in November and we are ready to add a little one to the family.  Unforunely, its not going to be as easy as we thought.  I was diagnosed with PCOS and I do not have regular periods.  I am going to start my first round of Clomid in January.  (we would love to have an Oct. baby).  Also, I am a senior at UGA graduating in May, so if I do get preg in jan.  I will be graduating 4 months preggo.

Im curious as to when the actual "bump" will begin to show, (I am 5'0 tall and wiegh 125).  Just very curious!!!

Re: Newbie

  • Hi Christy...welcome to The Bump :) I would suggest that you head on over to the "Trying to Get Pregnant" board and start lurking there...you will learn so much information about TTC (trying to conceive)

There are a lot of women on that board with PCOS, myself included. I hope you are going to be monitored while on Clomid because it can be very dangerous. I hope things work out for you :) Good luck! I hope to see you on TTGP soon!

  • Welcome and good luck! My bump (5'2) didn't really show until I was 5 months pregnant. I tried to take "When are you going to start looking pregnant?" as a compliment!
