Pediatrician Recommendations?

DH and I are expecting our first little one in early October. We have started our search for a pediatrician. We live in Vienna, so a dr. in Vienna/Oakton/Fairfax/Tyson's Corner would be preferred. We will have a United Healthcare PPO insurance plan. 

I would prefer a practice with more than 1 doctor and one with weekend hours if possible.

    We absolutely love all of the doctors at Virginia Pediatric and Adolescent Center.  We go to the Springfield location, but I'm sure Fair Oaks is great, too.
