Where to resell maternity clothes?

I have tons of maternity clothing as with one child I was working, the other staying home, one was a winter baby, the other late spring, etc. Most are in excellent condition. Where/how would you recommend selling them? Are there any good consignment stores that sell maternity clothes in the area? Craigslist? Have any of you bought used maternity clothes before?

i bought some maternity clothes from a bumpie!

i've seen listings on Craigslist. usually, ladies post the CL link here as well. usually, people list them as a unit with one bundle price, though i've also seen pieces individually priced as well.

there is a 2nd hand maternity and children's clothing store in Del Ray (alexandria) on Mt. Vernon Avenue, called Babies & Bellies. they may buy your maternity clothes and baby clothes (if you are selling them as well).

I've bought used maternity clothes on ebay. I don't have selling experience with either, but am thinking of either ebaying or cragislisting mine at some point.

I've bought a few things from Kid to Kid in Centreville and they buy lots of baby, children and maternity items for cash or in store credit.

You could also try the Totswap Consignment events. They happen three times a year at multiple different locations. I've browsed their maternity section before (I wasn't even pregnant at the time). As a shopper, it's nice to see the items in person and possibly even try them on.

I bought some maternity clothes off Craigslist. It worked out great for both of us.

I also bought some from a bumpie and it worked out great! she was going to sell them on craigslist but gave bumpies first dibs. i went to her house and tried stuff on, then selected what I wanted. she had prices on each piece and ranged from $1 (for tank tops) to $30 for designer jeans and jackets. i think it worked out really well for both of us

I don't know how far you are from Del Ray in Alexandria but there is a great little consignment store there called Bellies and Babies. They have baby gear and clothes as well as maternity stuff. You could always try there. I think it's by appointment only though so you may wanna give them a call.
