Struggling b/w 2 girl names..please help!

We have a DD named Juliana (pronounced Julie-anna, not ah-na). For DD#2, DH and I can only agree on Lauren and Elaina (and it must be spelled that way, long story!). However, I have concerns with both: that Lauren may be too plain for Juliana and that Elaina is too similar to Juliana. Am I overthinking? WDYT: Lauren, Elaina, or neither as a sibling for Juliana?

I vote for overthinking it. Personally, I would go with Elaina, but either is lovely.

I like Lauren with Juliana. Elaina seems like too many "uh's" when both kids' names are said together.

I think both would be fine with Juliana, except that it's kind of a mouthful to say Juliana and Elaina together in a sentence. Based on the names themselves, I prefer Lauren.

I think they are both beautiful names, but would vote for Lauren with Juliana. What about Laurel? I think Laurel is maybe less plain, but just as pretty.

I vote Lauren. I don't think it's too plain and I think the ending sounds otherwise are too matchy. I also agree with the pp suggestion of Laurel, which I like as well.

Haven't you asked this question here before? I will repeat my last thoughts, I think Lauren is too plain with Juliana. As a Lauren I would be jealous of my sisters more exotic name. But since you have asked this question before, I honestly feel like you have made up your mind- so just go with your gut! If you really like the name just do it and don't rely on Internet strangers for validation.
